IYP Program Admission Process

Step 1: Complete and sign the registration forms and submit the required documents to admissions@internationalyouthprogram.com

Required documents include a passport photo page for the student (and accompanying parent, if applicable), a Canadian visa page, or a study permit copy if available when you apply.

If the applicant needs our custodianship service, please let us know when you apply.

Step 2: Make payment and provide us with proof of payment

Upon receipt of the complete registration package, IYP staff will issue the registration fee and program fee invoice to the applicant.

Once the payment is received, the paid invoice and official acceptance letter will be emailed.

Step 3: Submit the Canadian visitor visa application, present the IYP letter of acceptance, the paid invoice for program fees, and provide other supporting documents required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Step 4: Once your visa application is approved, please send us a copy of the visa counterfoil/sticker page.

Step 5: Complete the student flight information sheet

Please provide us with your arrival and departure flight information. Ensure the information is current and accurate for airport pick-up/drop-off service.
